All applications must be submitted by 11:59 PM (EST) on September 30, 2024.
Application Overview
After creating an account, you will be able to view the entire application, save your progress, and return to complete the application at a later time. Once your business has prepared plans for launching OHDs and compiled information about proposed incentive purchases, the application should take you approximately 30 minutes to complete.
Eligibility: To be eligible for incentive funding, your businesses must receive or transport commercial goods deliveries in New York City. You need to have a relationship with your transporting or receiving partners that would enable them to collaborate to retime deliveries into off-hours (7PM - 6AM). Existing NYCDOT Off-Hour Deliveries (OHD) Program partners CAN apply.

To complete this application, you will need to share:
• Your business information
• Your motivation for program participation
• Your plan for OHD operations, including the quantity and cost estimates of the incentive purchases.
• Letters of support from your receiver or transporter partners (strongly recommended)
Awards: Program participants are eligible for approved incentive purchases upon acceptance into the Off-Hour Deliveries Incentive Program.
Selection Notice: Applicants will be notified of selection in October of 2024. Enrollment into the 12-month OHD commitment monitored by NYC DOT and its partner, Arcadis, is expected to commence in November.
